Does MagicStick Support Ubuntu or other Linux Flavour?
Answer:Yes, Ofcourse! It not only support but it gives you good performance with ubuntu. It supports all variants of Linux with the same ease.
Does MagicStick Support Gaming over Wi-Fi?
Answer:Yes, It supports gaming over Wi-Fi. If you are fedup with your device not giving you better gaming experience over Wi-Fi, MagicStick is the device meant for you. With over 1 Gbps speed of Wi-Fi, it gives you the same feel as you get with LAN wire.
What’s an IOT device? You have mentioned that MagicStick will work as an IOT device? What’s the use of IOT in MagicStick?
Answer:MagicStick can be controlled remotely using cellphones. You no longer have to get out of your bed to switch on your computer. Using IOT, your can switch ON/OFF your MagicStick through your mobile. User will be able to do a lot of cool stuff remotely using cellphone. For example: 1. Switch between COMPUTER MODE and DEVICE MODE through cellphone. 2. Switch ON/OFF Wi-Fi remotely through cellphone. 3. Data transfer from your cellphone to your computer without actually connecting to USB cable. 4. Schedule your MagicStick computer to get awakened and loaded with your favourite OS at some specified time etc.
MagicStick is Ants or Insects safe. What do you mean by this?
Answer:Laptops or Desktop PCs are very prone to errors when ants or small insects enter the RAM slots or hard disk. It may damage the hard disk, and the system stops working under this case. There is no scope of system failures because of ants or insects entering the MagicStick box as everything is on board and electronic (no mechanical components in it) and permanently fixed on the mother board itself. MagicStick is absolutely safe from ants and insects.
MagicStick is safe from kids. What do you mean by this?
Answer:Laptop and desktop needs to be kept away from kids because if they throw it up, it may get damaged. MagicStick is so robust that it will keep on working even if kids will throw it on floor with little force, and user don’t have to worry about its protection from little kids. We all must have rushed to service center at some point in our life because of our laptop falling down on the floor from the table. You can handover MagicStick to your kid without worrying about such things. MagicStick keep on working even if your kid will throw it with a little force.
MagicStick comes with high sensitive antenna? What’s the benefit of this or how it improves the MagicStick's performance?
Answer:MagicStick is fitted with Wi-Fi antenna with higher sensitivity (10 Dbi) which helps MagicStick to capture even the weak Wi-Fi signals produced from your Wi-Fi router. So, the area with in your home where the Wi-Fi signals are weaker will not have any problem accessing internet. MagicStick will be able to catch even the weak Wi-Fi signals due to multiple walls. This is to make sure you will always have the Wi-Fi availability in your house even if the signal becomes weak because of multiple hindrance.
I already have a laptop at my place, so why do I need MagicStick at home?

I feel 64 GB, and 128 GB of storage these days are not enough. What’s the solution for that?
Answer:You can’t upgrade your the internal flash memory of MagicStick. You can however always connect external hard disk through USB ports. It gives high performance if you connect it through the faster USB ports. This is how you can get your fulfull desire to have extra storage. It’s simple to plug and play.
There is no fan in MagicStick Box. So, what about the heat produced due to processors and other components?
Answer:It produces very less amount of heat for which fan is not needed. MagicStick is power by latest Intel 14 nm Cherry Trail processors which runs only on 2 watts of power. It’s a new innovative technology that consumes very less power and so very less heat is produced. Moreover, the material used in MagicStick Box dissipates the heat efficiently. We have designed MagicStick while taking care of the aerodynamics. Therefore; there is no need for cooling fan in this set. While designing the cover and PCB, aerodynamics had been taken into account so that cool air enters from one end and hot air gets pumped out from the other. The maximum temperature at any point of time inside the inner MagicStick can be close to 65 to 70 degree C which is safe and fan is not needed to cool it further.
How to recover the data on h/w or s/w failures?
Answer:It’s far easier to recover the data on s/w failures. First of all, this case will not arise frequently as happens with laptops, but in case this happens, you need to press the RESET button provided. Once you reboot it while pressing RESET button and connect it to any laptop, tablet or computer or cell phone, it will detect it as a pen drive and you can copy the data easily. MagicStick is a dual device. Pressing RESET button will make MagicStick work like a normal pen drive. You can switch between the computer mode and storage mode and vice versa.
MagicStick is capable of running what kinds of software?
Answer:It can run any kind of application including photoshop, Coral Draw, light to medium graphics rendering work etc. You can be able to do all kinds of work a normal laptop does. It runs heavy graphics game with ease. MagicStick is well capable of streaming 4K video. So, you will be able to watch ultra High Definition video without any sluggishness. How easy is it to re-install new OS in MagicStick ?
